2.3. You remain responsible for maintaining a relationship with a local primary care physician or specialist when appropriate.

3.1. Where clinically appropriate, My Functional Fill may assist in ordering functional medicine laboratory tests through independent third-party laboratories.

3.2. Laboratory tests are ordered, reviewed, and interpreted as part of a functional medicine consultation.

3.3. Third-party laboratories operate independently.
My Functional Fill is not responsible for delays, errors, or technical issues related to laboratory processing.

4.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4.2. In-person consultations are available by prior appointment only.

4.3. Healthcare professionals participating in educational sessions may be required to provide proof of professional credentials.
