All main packages are designed to provide structured, ongoing functional medicine care. They include:
• Ongoing message support related to consultations and follow-up questions
• Personalised nutrition and/or food plans
• Access to educational resources and handouts
• Bespoke supplement recommendations when appropriate

Please note: functional medicine testing is offered when clinically relevant and is not included in package pricing.

Best for: those starting functional medicine care or seeking initial clarity and structure.

 2 x 45-minute follow-ups

Best for: those seeking high-touch functional medicine care integrated with their conventional care.
